Here's how:
- Contact your companies HR Department to see if JDRF is eligible & complete the paperwork.
- Be sure to ask your team members and donors if their company has a matching gift program. If you've already turned in all your donations, it's still not to late to have them matched.
- Send the matching gift form to JDRF and we will do all the work from there! It's easy!
Please note: You must designate the JDRF Illinois Chapter as the recipient of your matching gift in order for the funds to be directed to your team's total.
